1. Enrolment

• Enrolments are confirmed only upon receipt of an active Direct Debit Agreement, full payment, or a deposit by the end of the current term for the following term.
• Direct Debit clients will be charged on the last Thursday of the school holidays for the first two weeks of the new term.
• All enrolment forms and payment arrangements must be completed prior to the first lesson.

2. Attendance and Make-Up Lessons

• Each student is entitled to two make-up lessons per term.
• Make-up lessons must be taken within the same term, are subject to availability, and are not guaranteed.
• Absences and make-up must be entered via the Customer Portal and not via office administration.
• Missed lessons, unclaimed make-ups, holidays affecting attendance, or expired make-ups are not eligible for credits or refunds.
• Requests for credit due to extended medical circumstances must be submitted in writing to [email protected] and accompanied by a medical certificate. Such requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

3. Cancellations

• All cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected] 2 weeks prior to the cancellation commencing.
• Cancellations received after the end of term will incur a $51 cancellation fee.

4. Fees and Discounts

• Sibling Discounts apply as follows:
• 1st child: full fee
• 2nd child: 5% discount
• 3rd and subsequent children: 30% discount

5. Payment Options

Payments may be made via:

• Fortnightly Direct Debit
• Online bank transfer (details provided on invoice or portal)
• Online credit card payment via family portal
• In-person at the office during lessons

6. Supervision and Safety

• Children must be always supervised by a parent/guardian while in the centre, including office space.
• Children must not be left unattended poolside and may only enter the water under teacher instruction.
• Children not fully toilet trained must wear an aqua nappy during lessons.
• Children aged 6 years and over are not permitted in the opposite-sex change rooms without prior approval from management.

7. Privacy

• Photography or video recording during lessons requires prior approval from Bluesalt management and consent from all participating parents/guardians.

8. General Conditions

• Bluesalt Swim School aims to provide teacher and class consistency throughout the year; however, changes may be made at management’s discretion.
• Bluesalt asks you kindly to be mindful and respect staff at all times.
