Enrolment Policy

Enrolments are only secured once full payment is received. Otherwise, you class is not guaranteed.
You will receive a swimming invoice 3-4 weeks prior to the end of the current term which outlines term dates and fees for the following term.
If you do not wish to continue into the next term, we please ask that you contact management as soon as you can, so your customer account is not charged for lessons.

Fees and Payment

Swimming fees are payable upon enrolment. Existing clients enrolling over into the next term, fees are due by the last week of the current term for the next term.
Sibling Discounts: 1st child – full fee. 2nd child – 5% discount. 3rd and subsequent child – 30% discount.

Cancellations

Cancellation of enrolments during a term is possible, however the equivalent of a 2-lesson fee will be charged. Please speak to management to discuss.

Supervision and Privacy

Children must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times whilst in the centre.
Children are not to be left unattended at the poolside or enter the water until they are instructed by their teacher.
Out of respect to everyone’s privacy. Any parent/guardians/relatives wishing to take photos of their children during lessons must obtain consent from Bluesalt management. As well as the parents/guardians of the other kids in this class.

Extra important information

Bluesalt Swim School continuously endeavours to provide consistency with teachers and classes all year round. However, we reserve the right to change teachers and classes when the need arises.
Children not fully toilet trained must wear an aqua nappy during their class.
Children aged 6 years and above are NOT permitted in the opposite sex change rooms, without consent from BSSS management.
