Enrolment Policy

Enrolments are only secured with an ACTIVE Direct Debit Agreement, full payment or deposit by the end of the current term for following term.
Direct Debit clients will be charged on the last Thursday of the school holidays for the first 2 weeks of the commencing term.
Enrolment forms and payment set up must be completed before the commencement of your first initial class with Bluesalt Swim School.

Class Cancellations

All cancellations must be emailed to [email protected] with written communication of your cancellation.
Failure to provide written communication before the end of the term will result in a $50 cancellation fee.

Lesson Structure

Bluesalt run termly class programs, which means we run as per Victorian School Terms, not including school holidays.
Holiday Program is a separate booking run over the school holidays and Summer January Holiday period

Fees and Payment

Sibling Discounts: 1st child – full fee. 2nd child – 5% discount. 3rd and subsequent child – 30% discount.

Payment Options

Bluesalt have a range of payment options for your convenience.

Direct Debit fortnightly option.
Online bank transfer – details available on your invoice or via your portal.
In person, during your lessons please visit our office.
Online Credit Card payments via your family portal.

Supervision and Privacy

Children must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times whilst in the centre.
Children are not to be left unattended at the poolside or enter the water until they are instructed by their teacher.
Out of respect to everyone’s privacy. Any parent/guardians/relatives wishing to take photos of their children during lessons must obtain consent from Bluesalt management. As well as the parents/guardians of the other kids in this class.

Extra important information

Bluesalt Swim School continuously endeavours to provide consistency with teachers and classes all year round. However, we reserve the right to change teachers and classes when the need arises.
Children not fully toilet trained must wear an aqua nappy during their class.
Children aged 6 years and above are NOT permitted in the opposite sex change rooms, without consent from BSSS management.
