Squad Program

Class Size:
6 to 12 (Dependent on level and time)

Class Duration:
45 to 60 minutes

Schedule:
Monday to Friday after school

 

  • Students will continue to work on all aspects of stroke development building to distances of 800 to 1500 metres per session.
  • Starts, turns and tumble turns are practiced with a stronger emphasis on drill work, endurance, consistency and strength.
  • Refining competitive strokes, program development, goal setting and further fitness education are all components of the Squad program.
