MAKE UP POLICY

- As a courtesy, Bluesalt offer 2 make up lessons per term per child.
- Within your customer portal. You mark an absence from a class which automatically activates a make-up.
- Booking a make-up is a live feed which will display available classes and correct level up to 7 days in advance.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- An absence MUST be entered via your CUSTOMER PORTAL prior to your class commencing for a make-up class to be allocated into your account. Failure to enter any absences will forfeit a make-up opportunity.
- All make-ups are subject to availability and are not guaranteed to be completed. By clients entering absences this allows others to use this spot for make-ups.
- Make-ups must be used in the term that the original class was missed.
- Unused make-ups expire at the end of each term. They can not be transferred to a following term, holiday program or redeemed for class credits or refunds.
- Booked make-ups can not be cancelled or changed.
- Term fees must be paid in full for a make-up class to be booked.
Bluesalt Swim School Pro Tip
- If you know of absences weeks in advance, record this as soon as possible and book in a make-up early. This gives you ample opportunity to secure a make-up class.
- Please advise any travel dates as early as possible so you can complete make-up classes before you travel.
- For extended illness or injury, please contact Bluesalt management team. Reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
