Schedule:
Monday to Friday after school
Saturday and Sunday mornings to early afternoon
- Students will be introduced to side breathing in freestyle and backstroke arms.
- Focus on perfecting side breathing for freestyle and the introduction of a breaststroke kick.
- Increase in endurance will be another goal as students move through these levels.
- Breaststroke and butterfly are introduced at the appropriate levels.
- Emphasis is placed on correct stroke techniques.
