Learn to Swim Program

4 to 5 (Dependent on level)

Class Duration:
30 minutes

Schedule:
Monday to Friday after school
Saturday and Sunday mornings to early afternoon

 

  • Students will be introduced to side breathing in freestyle and backstroke arms.
  • Focus on perfecting side breathing for freestyle and the introduction of a breaststroke kick.
  • Increase in endurance will be another goal as students move through these levels.
  • Breaststroke and butterfly are introduced at the appropriate levels.
  • Emphasis is placed on correct stroke techniques.
