Monday to Friday after school
- Students will continue to work on all aspects of stroke development building to distances of 800 to 1500 metres per session.
- Starts, turns and tumble turns are practiced with a stronger emphasis on drill work, endurance, consistency and strength.
- Refining competitive strokes, program development, goal setting and further fitness education are all components of the Squad program.
